Welcome, I am Paul Jones and am an independent Plumbing and Heating Engineer based in North Norfolk.
I am both Gas Safe and Oftec registered with more than 25 years working in the building industry and over 15 years in plumbing and heating. I will happily assess any job you require including general plumbing services, toilet and bathroom repairs and installation, leaking taps and all general plumbing works.
Boiler services on both gas and oil-fired boilers are also available with gas safety checks as standard. Smart heating control upgrades and installation.
Emergency call outs are also possible for boiler breakdowns, leaks, and heating issues.
Following an initial service or install, a free annual reminder service via text or email is applied to your account so you don’t need to worry about remembering. All boiler options are fairly and openly discussed following an initial visit to assess your requirements.
We recommend boilers are serviced every 12 months to ensure safety and optimum performance. Service includes maintaining to manufacturer’s instructions and replacement of standard consumables.
All boiler breakdowns, heating breakdowns, hot water issues, leaking pipework, and gas and oil escapes. I try to attend to all genuine emergencies as soon as possible.
All plumbing works are covered, from leaking taps to bath installation. I also carry out wiring for heating controls including thermostats and smart heating. I can also recommend and install instant boil taps.
Full heating system discussions and installations from new radiators, including decorative, standard, and towel warmers, to faulty radiator valve replacements and problem diagnosing.
Bathroom suite installation, toilet, sink and tap repairs and replacement services offered. Kitchen plumbing works including washing machine, dishwasher, water softeners and sink installs. Heating pipework assessment, repairs and replacements also undertaken.
Hive, Honeywell and Nest appliances fitted depending on your individual requirements and preferences.
Advice given following an initial visit on requirements for water storage tanks, hot water cylinders (unvented and vented) and water heaters. I can also discuss water softener options, install units and/or repair, depending on your needs.
I have successfully undertaken all exams required to safely and legally work on gas supply pipes, gas boilers and water heaters, including LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas).
I have carried out and passed all required Oftec exams to safely work on oil boilers and appliances.
I have also undertaken and passed additional examinations which allow me to safely work on, install and service LPG boilers, supply pipework and water heaters.
